It can rapid pressing of light scrap metals such as aluminum cans, metal turnings, metal chips, and non-ferrous materials into compact bales. Its large opening hopper allows for continuous feeding without the need to stop, enhancing operational efficiency. Throughput ranges from 1 to 10 tons per hour. Each machine is equipped with Hardox wear plates and an industrial-grade hydraulic oil cooler to ensure long-lasting, reliable performance. The ENERPAT hopper-style automatic aluminum scrap baler is perfect for fast pressing of aluminum chips into dense bales. We offer four models with pressing forces ranging from 200 to 225 tons and bale weights from 25 kg to 100 kg.
