The ENGRENAGES HPC offers a comprehensive range of coaxial reducers available with ratios from 3:1 to 36:1. These heavy duty gearboxes feature a smooth surface finish, eliminating dirt and dust traps. Materials used in construction include anodized aluminum (housing) and case hardened steel (gears). They feature a maximum input speed from 2,000 to 4,000 rpm (depending on the model) with maximum output torques from 3.4 to 380 Nm (based on speed and ratio), 0°30 output backlash and permanent lubrication via Shell Nerita HV grease. These gearboxes are sold individually and are available in customized versions, with reduced shaft length, custom ratios, diameters and housing changes.
