The 20-foot iso container tank washing system designed by EP MECA is a unique and innovative system for semi-automated cleaning and disinfection of tanks (without personnel posted inside). PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION: A telescopic arm is inserted into the tank through the upper opening (diameter 500 - standard opening, which allows adaptation for all tanks all sectors of activity). At the end of the arm is connected a washing nozzle. The staff in charge activates the system from the outside: a first passage of the nozzle allows the cleaning under high pressure of the tank, the second allows the dispersion of disinfectant. The system is made of stainless materials, self-cleaning, and intended for the use of any type of disinfectant.
