The TRX HIGHWAY is a continuous supermobile asphalt plant, 1st supermobile hot-mix apshalt plant in the world able to recycle up to 100 % RAP. ERMONT completed this challenge thanks to a new patented technology to support its clients in the developement of eco-responsible roads. Quality and recycling from 0 to 100% The patented TRX technology guarantees homogeneous, high quality HMA, with total remobilisation of the binder regardless of recycling rates (from 0 to 100%). Eco-responsible Environment protection is ensured by the DuoTherm technology via combined RAP heating with low-temperature aggregates and gases, in order to protect the binder and avoid emissions generation at the source. Flexibility Each job site presents its own characteristics and constraints. The TRX is versatile: it can be adapted to suit production outputs, formulas, production temperatures and recycling rates (from 0 to 100%).
