Due to its technical characteristics, TITAN represents a large, powerful, versatile and configurable system, designed to satisfy every type of marking and engraving requirement. The X and Y axes allow you to fully exploit the work area for processing batches in pallets or paneling on large pieces. Robust and reliable, it can be configured with complex automations, robots and with 2D and 3D scanning laser heads. The system is equipped with a large working area (1000x 500mm) and an automatic door open on 3 sides with a large inspection window. All customer materials can be processed with TITAN thanks to the integration of the ideal LASER source for each application. 1. MODULARITY AND FLEXIBILITY The modularity-oriented design makes the TITAN system the best response to the need for flexibility that the dynamism of the modern market imposes. TITAN is configurable, with additional modules, which allow to optimize production and reduce the cost of operations related to LASER processing. Based on production needs, it is possible to integrate rotary tables, palletized systems, Robots or Cobots. 2. WORKING AREA AND MOTION The configuration with 3 motorized linear axes with strokes (X / Y / Z) of up to 800x600x600, a rotary axis and a 1000 x 500 worktable makes TITAN the system with the greatest flexibility of use and load capacity in the category. 3. MATRIX SUITE + EASYPAD The innovative machine management enabled by the brand new MATRIX software and the EASYPAD machine front operator panel makes the system easy and ergonomic. The customer's marking needs are completely fulfilled by the interface, which is so simple and intuitive that it does not require training.
