Precision motorized rotary chuck for automatic rotation, rotary actuators, and robotic positioning. Great for medium speed 10 to 1,000 RPM, relatively high torque, 8 pound loads, and fine angular positioning of 0.90 degrees per step, with zero backlash. Direct drive results in 400 motor half-steps per revolution.
This motorized chuck include a stepper motor with integrated controller/driver for easy operation. The chuck has 3 dependent self-centering jaws, and includes an extra set of outside chucks, chuck key, AC/DC power supply 100-240 VAC 50/60 hz, AC power cord, USB-TTL-3pin cable, and 2 3 pin I/O short cables. This is a complete system that runs right out of the box.
Easily change direction, number of steps, speed, acceleration, torque, and other important controls by using the dual on-board serial communication port. Connect to a PC or smart phone using the included USB-TTL adapter. Use 2 input pins (2 analog) for external motion control, we include 2 of the 3-pin Input Cable for easy connections to your switches or PLC. Intelligent microcomputer embedded with enough memory and speed for full automatic and robotic motion control. Multi-axis and CNC/Gcode capability eliminates PLCs and PCs.
Our controllers run "right out of the box" by typing a "G". Each Excitron controller includes all the electronics and drivers for running the stepper motor, and there are no separate electronic boxes and no messy cables.
