At FAGOR ARRASATE we provide all the technology for the manufacture of all types of shelving and storage systems. The machines have been studied and designed to be flexible and to be able to manufacture profiles of different sizes with very fast changes. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS At FAGOR ARRASATE, we design, manufacture, assemble and install automatic and flexible manufacturing lines or systems on site: SHELVING PANELS Lines that include punching, roll forming and bending stations to achieve the fully finished shelf panel from the coil automatically, with the need of a single operator. The line is composed, among other stations, of: Loading and unwinding trolley Straightener Punching presses Roll forming machine Folding stations CROSSBARS LINE Lines for the manufacture of crossbars. Used in metal shelving where the storage heights can reach up to 20 metres, providing the necessary rigidity to the structure.
