Digital speed controller for single-phase induction motors Technical characteristics of the power electronic board • Electronic microprocessor control system. • Mains supply: 220-240 Vac - 50 Hz. • Maximum current absorbed by the MOTOR: 4,5A. (NOTE: it is recommended to adequately dissipate the regulator for absorbed powers close to the maximum one). • Maximum current absorbed by the load LIGHTS: 2A. • EMC hardware and software filtering. • Motor control with phase partialisation via Triac. • On / off control of lights via relay. • Load connection (motor and lights): 2.8x0.8 PCB faston male connector. • There are no fuses on the board power supply input. • Optional inputs / outputs (analog / digital) for sensors and / or external controls on a dedicated 8 and 4-pole connector. Functional specifications of the user interface keyboard • Digital setting of commands via 5-key keyboard. • ON and OFF button for the motor — ON / OFF button for lights. • Motor speed increase and decrease button V + and V-. • 7-segment display to show the set speed: when the motor is running, the display indicates numerical values between 1 and 8, which represent the set speed for the suction motor. • 8 adjustable motor speeds: speeds from 1 to 7 are partialized, speed 8 is the non partialized maximum speed.
