Feige's Advanced Line drum filler type 84 is made for fast and fully automatic and calibrated filling of drums. This type of machine consists of four working stations. The processing of this filler starts when empty drums are placed and de-bunged. Simultaneously, another drum is filled in the filling station, while another filled drum is at the closing station. Then, a chain conveyor moves the drums one by one onto the filler and feeds them to the working station.
In order to increase production, a pre-filling station can be combined in the second cycle. It transmits the weight to the final station, and then begins the filling in the coarse fill.
The Type 86 model is comprised of six working stations.
