MANUAL SHOT PEENING SOLUTION Even though machine is designed for manual work, all other features to control the process have been included in solution. That means all components meet shot peening requirements, like close-loop media and air pressure flow, etc. Recycling of media is done all the time according to AMS2431 specifications with vibrating sieves for media classification and dust extraction. One recycling tower and peening generator for both peening cabinets to optimized layout and energy for customer. For safety of workers and equipment ATEX filtration system is installed, due to possible fine dust from titanium and aluminium parts. Complete process is being logged which allows traceability for each part. All recipes and working parameters are stored and controlled via user friendly “FerroSmartPanel” management system. Engineer is able to use touch screen for setting recipes and parameters, such as; working pressure and media flow, rotary lance rotation and follow all working parameters on screen. All alarms and warnings appear on the screen with trouble shot pop-ups.
