MANUAL WET BLASTING SOLUTION Wet blasting is a process that uses three elements while classic air blasting uses only two. The third element in the process is water. So the combination of the abrasive and water makes a slurry that is shot from the nozzle by compressed air. The wet blasting process is ecological and safe, especially for the operator of the machine. The water eliminates any dust and filtration units. With the addition of water, the waste routes are simpler and it's easier to separate the particles that can be recycled in the process. So the amount of overall waste is reduced. Manual wet blasting solution is ideal for surface preparation of variety of parts. Small layout is suitable to fit in every workshop. Turntable is placed inside the cabinet on trolley for easy part manipulation. With selection of blasting media, we can achieve different effects like polished surface, shot peening effect or perfect surface roughness for coatings.
