Description

AUTOMATIC WET BLASTING SOLUTION Wet blasting is a process that uses three elements while classic air blasting uses only two. The third element in the process is water. So, the combination of the abrasive and water makes a slurry that is shot from the nozzle by compressed air. The operator can set air pressure, adjust the water-media ratio, create a working program and set turntable and manipulator speeds, timing and path of the working process, all using our user friendly “FerroSmartPanel” touchscreen interface. Different programs can be saved for different parts and processes. The water recycling system features a hydro-cyclone and sediment tank combined with a paper filter roll. These provide a closed loop system for washing the parts after blasting with clean water without residues. Wet blasting is applicable to many industries and for so many processes that is indispensable in every workshop where surfaces need finishing. FEATURES: • Servo driven turntable • 2 – axis nozzle manipulator • “FerroSmartPanel” interface • Close – loop media recycling system • Automatic or manual mode BENEFITS: • Automatic working process • Repeatable working process • Peening effect control • Process history recording
