By combining an exchangeable segment turret and a well thought-out cleaning concept, continuous high output is ensured with the 1090i WIP Single Sided Rotary Press. Fetting Compacting offers this unit with containment equipment (optional). The WiP (Wash-in-Place) technology reduces downtimes and speeds up product changeovers. The system contributes to reduced workplace contamination. Tool changes are effected in the shortest possible timeeven for toxic products. 1090i WIP & Containment The 1090i WiP & Containment utilizes a manually operated spray gun and dust suction jet for the effective and easy removal of sticky product residue from inside the pressing space. There is also an integrated RTP (Rapid Transfer Port) which allows for the fast installation and replacement of tools. The Glatt damper system SKS DN 100 ensures contamination-free material feeds.
