Small to large workpieces can be produced using heavy-duty cutting, hard machining and finished machining depending on vertical turning machine model. Drives with up to 170 kW output and up to 54,000 Nm torque ensure maximum cutting performance. TOP PRECISION The machine bed made of mineral casting and FEM-calculated column structure enable ideal strength and stability without additional base anchoring. Linear roller guides and a linear measuring system in all axes provide the ideal basis for top precision. MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY Hessapp VDM vertical turning machines can be modularly configured for each turning task. This includes for instance using variable chip conveyors and cooling systems (high pressure), various tools and tool carrier systems and various extension levels up to a double-table turning machine.
