New range of electric tightening solutions designed and built entirely by Fiam in Italy and equipped with torque / angle current control, are efficient, easy-to-use, green electric tools for the needs of industry 4.0. The screwdriver (strait, angle 30°90°and pistol models) is equipped with electric brushless motor, lighting led for the working area, ergonomic grip and ESD certificate. With 4 different starting modalities selected by means of related control unit and with multifunctional signaling leds and connection cable to unit. The control units manages: •Automatic tool recognition and immediate configuration •Displaying of tightening results: the basic model displays the OK / NOK status (in addition to the tightening time) while the advanced model displays the torque value at the end of each cycle together with time and angle values •Several tightening strategies availables with torque/angle/time control •SCREW COUNTING (Poka Yoke device) •They display the sequence of screws tightened with bright LEDs •Detect process anomalies like overtreading and already tightened screws. •Store up to 99 tightenings (process statistics) •They relate to the PLC or other devices and can be managed remotely •Soft start and speed adjustable functions •To process self-threading, self-tapping, self-drilling screws, or else where the final torque value is lower than thread forming torque •Two-phase strategies with different speeds •They solve tightening situations with critical joints •They can tighten threaded fasteners to a certain height and not to a defined torque • "Smart Pro Evo" functions that can be parameterised Made in Italy.
