The filter elements of the FTOV FP.PS SLIM LINE Ø64 mm are designed for cleaning from mechanical particles larger than 1 microns of drinking and process water, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juices, beer, milk, vegetable and mineral oils, liquid paint materials. They are used as pre-filters to protect subsequent filters, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and other equipment, as well as as the final stage of cleaning.
Filter material: polypropylene fibers obtained by diffusing from a polypropylene melt using the "Melt blown" method
Frame: polypropylene
Structure of the filter element
The filter element for cleaning liquids from mechanical particles is a multi-layer cylindrical structure made of non-woven polymer fibrous material, with a variable pore size along the cross-section of the filter layer.
The structure of the filter element is based on the analysis of the granulometric composition of solid particles in the filtered liquid and the technological parameters of the filtration process. Each structural element ensures that a specific filter element parameter meets the specified requirements. This approach allows you to adapt the filter element to specific operating conditions and ensure optimal performance.
Modern technological equipment with a high degree of automation allows you quickly perform multi-parameter optimization of the structure of the filter element. Combined with continuous monitoring of filter element parameters, this allows you to obtain high-quality products for a wide variety of applications.
