Star-pleated FG dust filter elements for the separation of airborne particles. The element is exposed to dust-laden gas from the outside. The cleaned air stream exits through the upper, open end disc to the clean gas side. Optimization efforts for flow and strength led to the conical design. Particularly in dust collectors with compressed air cleaning, the improved cleaning behavior and more favorable flow conditions result in significantly higher performance. The conical elements of the 120 NK series are available in three different versions. The standard version has components made of galvanized steel. For higher requirements and food applications, there is the FOOD version with components made of stainless steel and a polyester felt seal. The FOOD SF version is equipped with a dead space free silicone molded gasket, which is more temperature resistant and prevents dust deposits on the element. Consistently high quality of FG dust filter elements is ensured by regular, extensive material and performance checks. In our application technology department and our modernly equipped development laboratory, we are constantly working on the further development and optimization of our products. Application trials at the customer's site and in our test facilities result in cost-effective and operationally reliable products.
