Shot Peening consists of several tiny plastic deformation on metal surface: through shot peening process, a compressive residual layer is induced in the material, preventing fatigue failure, fretting, galling, stress corrosion cracking. Flame Spray is able to perform robot automized shot peening on large components, up to 4m lenght and 30 ton of weight.
