This new adjustable pulley guard is used in case of converging or diverging belts. This type of situation can be found where a pulley size change is made, in realization of approaches from belt drives to belt drives on rollers, tile turners, walways and/or deflecting units. At the moment, no protection is available in the catalog to protect the exposed pulley side, forcing the user to modify existing protections and/or create handmade solutions, without the necessary certification. This protection allows a very rapid application thanks to the adjustment by means of the screws, also in case of replacement of other protection systems. This pulley guard is currently available for D.170 and 250 (other versions can be made anyway). It is compatible with all FM catalog profiles: U iron profile, Conveyor guide and Diamond Plus Guide.
