Scoring machine 5-CWS

The FoodTools Model 5-CWS is a perfect solution to score hard cheese rinds. A pneumatic powered rotating saw provides the cutting technology to score the cheese rind in preparation to slice the wheel. This system quickly adjusts so that the rind can be cut around the circumference on multiple heights, or layers. By penetrating the wheels circumference with a score through the rind, the operator can much more easily cut layers with a secondary wire or blade system, such as FoodTools Model 5H-A. Both machines used together offer a start to finish score and cutting process for cheese wheels. The 5-CWS machine is easy to clean and safety features insures the operator is always safe.
