The Fornnax R-1000 Secondary Shredder is a single-shaft machine that accepts a wide range of pre-shredded materials for further down-sizing into consistently sized particles. This heavy-duty machine can process tyres, tyre steel, copper wires, non-ferrous metals, and much more. The internal screen has holes that range from 16 mm to 50 mm and a drive option of 100 HP to 150 HP, providing sufficient power and torque to handle even the most challenging materials. The technology becomes very reliable and efficient with the design of replaceable wear plates, low-cost blades, and reversible screens.
