Raw material metering Polyols, vegetable oils/fatty acids, dibasic acids or anhydrides (phthalic anhydride, etc.). 2. Esterification reaction Transesterification/condensation reaction at high temperature to release water. 3. Dehydration stage Remove by-product water under vacuum or nitrogen protection to increase the reaction rate. 4. Dilution and cooling Add solvent (such as xylene) to dilute after the reaction end point to adjust the viscosity. 5.
