Friess W20 oil skimmer model has been developed for removal of floating oil from all types of basins with minimum 500 mm width. It supports basin length of up to 20m and higher. It has a unique working principle which ensures oil removal from the basin's total surface. A movement is created on the water surface by the oil collector tube. The floating oil is moved closer to the oil collector tube. The oil gets stuck to the oil collector tube's exterior and is pulled into the oil skimmer. Unique ceramic scrapers with excellent wear resistance are used for oil removal from the oil collector tube surface. The oil floats into a tank used for waste oil collection.
