The analysis of valuable or only limitedly available samples places special challenges on particle measurement.
The NEW A-22 NeXT cuvette enables reliable particle size analysis of extremely small sample quantities of suspensions or emulsions while using only minimal amounts of dispersion liquid. It is therefore the ideal solution wherever material is precious or the handling of complex or cost-intensive dispersion media is required.
Due to its open smallest-volume liquid system, the cuvette allows measurements with only a few milligrams or milliliters of sample material and a dispersion volume of just 7 to 8.5 ml. The result: high reproducibility of measurements across the entire measuring range from 0.5–250 µm (with Particle Analyser A-22 NeXT Micro) / 0.01–250 µm (with Particle Analyser A-22 NeXT Nano).

Overview
A software-controlled magnetic stirrer system provides homogeneous mixing and ensures stable, reproducible dispersion. The 316L stainless steel cuvette with replaceable coated BK‑7 glass windows delivers high chemical resistance and long service life. Its fully demountable design enables fast, thorough cleaning — an operational advantage in routine laboratory use.

Operation and handling
Samples are introduced easily using disposable or dosing pipettes. An adjustable dosing pipette allows precise, repeatable sample dosing. An integrated touch display presents relevant parameters during measurement. Plug & play operation with automatic measuring cell detection and optional additional cuvettes for larger series support efficient workflows and consistent measurement quality.
