Polyurethane foam injection machine 9 kg/min, 12.3 MPa | Evolution G-125A

The air driven G-125A is an advanced, compactly designed proportioning unit aimed at applications of polyurethane foam in place. Its particular configuration allows for easy access to its components, simplifies control functions and reduces maintenance work significantly. The primary heating system has two separate independent block heaters, with each incorporating 1250 W to supply 5000 W totally. Having necessary control and safety features for accurate and reliable system performance, the heater's special design allows for a DT of 40ºC but enables an application temperature of 90ºC in normal environmental temperature conditions.
