High performance in a compact footprint. • The STF-A650 is a two-casing reheat steam turbine with a combined IP-LP section and a separate HP section. • Main steam inlet pressures up to 2,680 psi (185 bar) with main steam inlet and reheat temperatures up to 1,112°F (600°C). • Can be applied in both single-shaft and multi-shaft configurations, with the single-shaft configuration incorporating a clutch for enhanced operational flexibility. • Features fully assembled HP and IP/LP sections, enabling installation in as little as five months. • GE’s proven shrink ring design applied to the HP section reduces distortion, allowing critical clearances to be maintained and sustaining performance over the life of the machine.
