Description

GE's two-casing dual LP flow STF-D200 steam turbine and single-casing, axial exhaust STF-A200 steam turbine work well for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz non-reheat applications in multi-shaft and single-shaft configurations.
INCREASED OUTPUT AND EFFICIENCY
The STF-D200 and STF-A200 work well for combined-cycle conversion projects, when a bottoming cycle is added to an existing simple-cycle plant to increase power output and efficiency upwards of 50 percent.
MORE FEATURES
Both models are available with internally and externally controlled extractions to remove steam at any point along the steam path at the desired flow and pressure conditions.

STF-D200: 200-340 MW output and up to 39.1 percent efficiency

•HP section is shipped fully assembled, enabling a five-month installation cycle from arrival on-site to turning gear operation
STF-A200: 70-220 MW output and up to 37.9 percent efficiency
•Single casing configuration ships fully assembled, enabling a four-month installation cycle from arrival on-site to turning gear operation
•Adaptive stage technology controls low pressure extractions while intersections with valves are used for higher pressures
•Depending on machine size, factory tested pre-packaged units are available to minimize installation and startup times
