The concept of the FS-2000 is based on decades of expertise in manufacturing special purpose milling machines. The machine is equipped with a state of the art Siemens SINUMERIK 802D sl control as well as Siemens servo drive units. The robust machine is totally enclosed and is used by bandsaw blade manufacturers for milling the teeth in both carbon and bimetal bandsaw blades of up to 100 mm band width and within the milling range of 32 to 0.5 teeth per inch. The FS-2000 special milling machine offers fully automatic feed-through milling, short cycle times, optimal tooth geometry and cutting edge results as well as extensive safety features. Our coiling systems in either horizontal or vertical design provide a complete system for fully automatic band feed to meet our customers specific applications.
