They are manufactured in the most different shapes and versions, anyway always provided in one solid cast iron cast G30 with walls about 40 mm thickness and with double stress relieving heat treatment. Recently available in high resistence alluminum. The shapes available are: Cubes, Two side tombstone, Angles, Plates and subplates, Shelves and special on specific request. As finishing following are available: A type - One solid cast iron. Rough milled B type - Rough milled casting with overall material and base finished C type - Completely finished with tolerance of ± 0,02 mm E type - Grid tombstone with calibrated holes and solid threads F type - Grid tombstone with hardened bushings 100 Cr6 and inox steel helicoils HIGH PRECISION ACCURACY within ±0,02 mm overall CENTERING BUSHINGS in special hardened alloy steel 100Cr6 - DIN 179C COMPLETELY MACHINED BASE All our tombstones fixture (rough cast iron casting esclused) are pre-worked and prepared on the bottom base face with 4 precision holes Ø20 H7 for the use of our Zero Point Gerardi system A Type - ROUGH MILLED One integral G30 cast iron casting rough milled with double stress relieving heat treatment. Wall thickness 43-45 mm (10 mm stock) B Type - BASE FINISHED Rough milled casting with base face machined and hand scraped for direct clamping on European or Japaneese standard pallet.
