Lobe Bull is a patented underwater ROV (remotely operated vehicle) by Gerotto, equipped with an on-board lobe pump, ideal for removing sludge inside tanks and plants in refineries, terminals, and chemical industries up to 20 meters depth.
- Confined spaces: Can be used within confined or hazardous environments, where humans are not normally foreseen.
- No man entry: The product can be used in areas so narrow that man cannot pass through.
- No man risk: The product does not cause explosions or toxic fumes in the working area.
Autonomous Vacuuming: The Lobe Bull is designed to vacuum without being coupled with industrial vacuum trucks and suction excavators.
Performance & Efficiency: The use of the Lobe Bull leads to significant economic advantages: thanks to the on-board lobe pump, the robot performs cleaning independently of suction and vacuum truck excavators. It can also perform maintenance without interrupting equipment, reducing production downtime.
- Drastic reduction in costs for maintenance operations.
- On-line plant maintenance, reducing downtime and production stoppages.
- Independent of external suction units (suction excavators, industrial vacuum cleaners, etc.).
- Ideal for underwater maintenance up to 20 meters depth.
Features:
- Lobe Pump: Suction capacity of up to 24 m³/h without the need for suction excavators or industrial vacuums.
- Stainless steel construction: Designed for strength and durability.
- Compact dimensions: Manhole Ø 600 mm.
Applications: The Bull range consists of robots designed specifically for heavy-duty industrial maintenance and cleaning work. Thanks to the pump mounted on board, all robots can work without connections to a vacuum truck or suction excavator. Typical applications include refineries, terminals, and the chemical and petrochemical industry.
Equipments: Customized configurations based on working area needs. Gerotto offers a range of accessories, power units, and control units to optimize the robot for specific tasks.
