The DSZ2 slimline lifter are specifically designed and manufactured to provide a dual circuit vacuum lifter with a vacuum reserve tank and a non-return valve each for the purpose of 360° continuous rotation and 90° tilt. The rotation and the tilt may be applied either manually or through the hydraulically dampened versions. This enables a safer and more effective handling of loads. Also the manual 360° continuous rotation is designed for being locked at 0, 90, 180 & 270 degrees while the manual or hydraulic dampened tilting possible from vertical to horizontal. The extraordinary features of the device include Two or four on-board maintenance-free vacuum pumps, Reverse air flow or the blow-off vacuum pump, Two vacuum reserve tanks and two non-return valves and the 12v battery with integral charger or 110v/240v mains and battery energy gauge. The working load can be safely raised from 450kgs to 750 kgs through four extension arms and the pads. Also the device is supplied with its own wheeled stand for easy storage and transportation, an optional low marking pads and audio-visual low vacuum alert.
