Description

DESCRIPTION Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is built to clean steel plates and profiles. They are mostly used for descaling, derusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation prior welding, cutting, machining and burning operations. Treated objects move through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 7.5 to 15 kW, providing efficient shot blasting. You can choose among for types of Basic shot blasting machines P-600x400, P-1000x400, P-1250x400 and P-1500x400. Roller conveyor shot blasting machine robust housing is protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the shot blast machine in entry chamber and exit cleaning chamber. Rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the blasting machine. Screw conveyors, elevator and sand cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive. All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
