Description

Suitable for use in applications with large quantities of metal contamination and where operator access is impossible. For dry, free-flowing powders and granulates. Automatic cleaning, without production stop.

Characteristics

2 magnetic grids, one above the other
Automatic cleaning, continuous
Capacity 30 - 90 m³/h
ATEX II 1/2 D

Application

The static, automatic, continuously cleaning Cleanflow/drawer magnets are suitable for free-flowing powders and granulates with a relatively large amount of metal particles and for less easily accessible configurations. Not suitable for sticky/fatty powders, because they can result in clogging.

Design

The static, automatically cleaned Cleanflow magnets have two magnetic grids in a cascade arrangement, just like the manually cleaned types. This type is made completely dust-tight.

Cleaning

The automatically cleaned Cleanflows have magnetic bars that move in a sealed tube and the captured iron (Fe) is discharged fully automatically. During this cycle, magnetic bars are pneumatically pushed to the OUT position after which the captured Fe particles fall into the tubes.

Automatic, time interval adjustable disposal of ferromagnetic parts – production can go on during cleaning, because there are always magnets in the product channel.
