Hot Air Circulating Oven The heating source includes steam, electricity, far infrared, and electric steam. The use temperature, for steam heating is 50-140℃, with an upper limit of 150℃. Equipped with automatic control system and computer control system. Commonly used steam pressure is 0.2-0.8Mpa (2-8kg/cm2). Special customization requirements are explained when ordering. The use temperature is greater than 140℃ or less than 60℃, to specify when ordering. The size of our baking trays is uniform, and different oven models can be used in common.
