SES electro-chlorinator produces hypochlorite solution from a solution of common salt using electricty
Modular designed system for electrolytic generation of high-quality, low-concentration sodium hypochlorite. Wiring and pipes are pre-installed and the system is function tested ex-works. Only salt (sodium chloride), water and electrical power are required for proper operation. Salt is inexpensive, safe to handle and store. No special safety room requirements apply. The robust design of the system requires low maintenance and ensures long operating times. Control of the systems is done via a user-friendly digital display with system information in different languages.
The vertical position of the electrolyser cell, the dual containment for electrolyser chamber and vent pipes with forced airflow ensure safe operation. Brine and product tanks with automatic level control are optional accessories.
Housed in sealed chamber with constant airflow. Clear PVC tubular electrode casing for ease of viewing whilst in operation. Electrodes are made of expanded titanium substrate with extra heavy proprietary catalytic metal oxide coating for cold water application (above 5 °C). Hydrogen degassing column to allow the release of hydrogen to the exterior vent, preventing its passage into the product storage tank.
