MDU CNVP is a membrane degassing unit for oxygen removal from demineralized water, suitable for district heating applications. It uses a vacuum pump with nitrogen sweep gas, providing a chemical-free solution.
Membrane degassing unit for efficient oxygen removal
The Membrane Degassing Unit (MDU) provides an efficient, compact, and maintenance-free standard technology for oxygen removal without any chemical treatment. It operates solely with a vacuum pump and nitrogen as sweep gas. The technology is ideal for industrial applications such as boiler feedwater, district heating water, and cold water loops.
Harnessing the advantages of MDU
MDU CNVP offers a compact, efficient, and maintenance-free solution that prevents corrosion in boilers and piping, safeguarding capital investment and extending equipment life.
Chemical-free solution
The MDU eliminates the need for chemical dosing to reduce oxygen levels in water hereby simplifying operation, reducing maintenance, and minimizing the risk of chemical contamination in feedwater.
Different plant sizes to meet your needs
To suit varying water flow requirements, the membrane degassing units are available in two plant sizes. The MDU 2-8x20 CNVP is designed for smaller installations, handling flows between 0.5 and 6 m³/h, making it ideal for compact systems or applications with moderate demand.
In contrast, the MDU 3-8x20 CNVP offers higher capacity, managing 3 to 9 m³/h, and is the preferred choice for larger district heating networks or facilities requiring greater flow rates and enhanced performance.
