Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) business department of CHAOHUA TECH has established the provincial level R&D center for specific technology, which has developed and manufactured five types of paper based laminate and composite base copper clad laminate (M-128, M-228, M-328, M-428 and M-528) with dozens types of thickness and products with annual production capacity of 6 million pieces. It has given focus on production of environment-friendly composite base copper clad board 22F and CEM-1,FR-1. The manufacturing technology for “M” brand CCL of CHAOHUA TECH has reached the leading level at home and the products are all certified by UL (File NO: E198863) and were evaluated as Famous-brand Products of Guangdong Province” of Bureau for Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province and “M” trademark is evaluated as “Guangdong Province Famous Trademark” by Administration for Industry and Commerce of Guangdong Province. Huizhou Uniplus Electronics Co., Ltd, one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of CHAOHUA TECH, is specialized in producing a variety of FR-4 and CEM-3 CCL with thickness of 0.075~3.20mm of middle and high TG, halogen-free and CTI600 as well as a whole series of prepreg from 106\1080\2116 to 7628. The products have passed UL certification (File NO: E166524, E471345) and CQC certification and complies with RoHS requirements and relevant REACH regulations. The company has also passed SGS Group's certifications of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and ISO/TS16949:2009. The annual production capacity is: 6 million pieces of FR-4 and CEM-3 CCL, 30 millions pieces of PP. Uniplus brand FR-4 and PP with features excellent product quality.
