Different type of paints and different thickness of coating need variable conditions: temperatures, humidity, and time to achieve the final flat surface. The heating method of flash off leveling tunnel can be chosen from IR (infrared red) lamp, hot water or steam. The running speed of the tunnel shall be adjusted to allow the time to achieve the desired paint film leveling.
