Structure Features: Horizontal Auto Cutting Machine mainly includes feeding hopper, hydraulic cylinder, cutting chamber and electric box etc. the inside of cutting chamber is equipped with a scissors guide slot and pre-pressing guide slot, and the cutting parts includes fixed knife base, cutting base, pushing material base plate and pre-pressing base. Rotor knife adjustable base is at the bottom of fix knife base and bed knife is set on there. The pushing plate is set on the top surface of cutting bottom plate. The cutting base is between the two relative side plates at the bottom of cutting chamber. Cutting base is with cutter and the cutting guide plates are on both sides of it. Protruding pushing bottom plate is at the bottom of cutting base. Cutting guide plate is inside of cuttin-g guide slot and pre-pressing guide plate is inside of pre-pressing guide slot. This unique and reasonable design structure can greatly improve traditional cutter efficiency and avoid processing materials splashed out for safety. And make the thin materials which entered into cutting chamber and pre-pressing guide plate and cutting guide plate to change easier.
