It is particularly suitable tohigh speed machining; Compared with traditional cutter handle with chuck,thermal shrinkage cutter handle has the following advantages: a.Compact structure, high rigidity: Direct connection isperformed between cutter handle inner hole and cutter, and there is no carrier. b.Large transmission torque: The torque output that is 2times of that of cutter handle with ER chuck (or more) can be realized. c.Wide adaptability and good machined surface quality:It is applicable to rough machining and finish machining, and the machinedsurface quality is very good. d.High clamping accuracy: Generally, the clampingaccuracy of cutter handle with chuck is ≤0.005 mm (at 4D position), and therun-out precision for cutter clamping of thermal shrinkage cutter handle is ≤0.002 mm (at 4D position). e.Notes: (1)The handle accuracy of cutter shall be H6.
