The HL520 horizontal directional drilling machine adopts an integrated design, the overall structure layout is reasonable, the workmanship is fine, the shape is not regulated, and the light and flexible body design can adapt to various complex construction environments between cities. The machine adopts advanced automatic rod changing technology and electro-hydraulic control technology. 1. Automatic rod changing system: The electro-hydraulic control rod changing system enables the operator to complete all rod changing work as long as the key is pressed. 2. Diesel engine: Deutz WD615, with high power and easy maintenance. 3. Clamp: The clamp adopts an open-top design which makes it easy to change the rod. 4. Movable walking control system: electronic hydraulic walking control is adopted, and the console is far away from the machine, safe and comfortable. 5. Operation console: adopts man-machine design, equipped with high-end rotating seat and integrated design, which can provide a comfortable operating environment. 6. Airborne and pinion drive system: The frame and pinion are designed to provide good pulling/pushing speed to improve construction efficiency.
