The GURUTZPE GL models have a cast iron monoblock bed, V-shaped self-centring double guiding, hardened and rectified, as well as a third support guide. Thanks to this the machine is able to offer maximum rigidity, precision and durability. The entire structure has been manufactured in stabilized cast iron GG30. The carriages move on a special anti-vibration Biplast, a small film of oil with centralized lubrication. This combination makes the whole structure perfect for heavy work as well as high precision work. This model is capable of machining an endless number of parts, from lamination rollers, power generation axles and threaded pipes for the oil industry. Main characteristics: Great stability and excellent damping thanks to the cast monoblock base and the V-shaped self-centring double guiding. Optimal chip evacuation.
