The TZS110 is a special tube feeding system for our tube feeding machines. Because of the possibility to store at least four cartons, the operator of the machine has free capacity to control other machines. So you can optimize your filling processes. As with all our machines, the frame is equipped with vibration-damping feet and has a protective cover made of AISI 304L stainless steel. We offer you a high quality product that meets your requirements. The machine is controlled by a modern programmable logic controller . The mandrel lowering unit for different tube dimensions is servo-controlled and therefore freely programmable. This ensures a particularly high degree of flexibility. The carton emptying is controlled by means of a mandrel and a transfer to a transport conveyor.
