The fully automatic filling, sealing and packaging line is particularly suitable for the food supplement and pharmaceutical industries. The vials are filled and sealed with a cap. Optionally, overcaps can be put on, supplied with pills and sealed. Each step can be switched on and off using the HMI. The bottles are then labeled and packed using a tray packer. Some of these steps are camera-monitored. The speed is 100 bottles p.m., optionally up to 200 bottles/min. More than 20 years of development work and experience have gone into this system, which is in use more than half a dozen times at Orthomol, a global manufacturer of orthomolecular supplements.
