Sheet extrusion die

This progressive die produces the buckle connections. Many small parts in the seat region are demanding in terms of the required dies, as a result of high strength sheet metal, high steel thickness and flanges, extruded holes, distinctive forming elements and precise trimming geometries. Together with our customers, we decide whether to produce the dies at H& T in-house or to buy them from abroad. Quality and deadlines are guaranteed by means of in-depth design support, integrated project implementation and final fine tuning of dies, as well as commissioning at the customer’s press.
