Description

The P16849-011CF is a two-element type that can detect two wavelength InAsSb photovoltaic detectors. By using a back-illuminated structure, we greatly improved the sensitivity temperature coefficient compared to the front-illuminated type. That uses two types of band-pass filters with center wavelength of 3.3 μm and 3.9 μm for the window. Products using two filters are suitable for gas measurement. It is environmentally friendly infrared detectors and do not use lead, mercury, or cadmium, which is substances restricted by the RoHS Directive. It is replacement for conventional products containing these substances. Features -High sensitivity -High-speed response -High shunt resistance -Compact, surface mount ceramic package -Compatible with lead-free solder reflow • Photosensitive area : 0.7×0.7 mm • Number of elements : 2 • Package category : With filter • Package : Ceramic • Cooling : Non-cooled • Peak sensitivity wavelength (typ.) : 3.3 / BPF, 3.9 / BPF μm • Photosensitivity (typ.) : 0.0028, 0.0032 A/W • Detectivity D* (typ.) : 6.5×108, 7.4×108 cm・Hz1/2/W • Noise equivalent power (typ.) : 1.1×10-10, 9.5×10-11 W/Hz1/2 • Rise time (typ.) : 15 ns • Terminal capacitance (typ.) : 0.5 pF • Measurement condition : Ta=25℃, Detectivity D*: λ=λp, fc=1200 Hz, Δf=1 Hz
