It is equipped with a double position rotating work table to realize one side loading and unloading while the other side is in the cutting process, so as to improve production efficiency. Leading Technique The key parts of the equipment are analyzed by CAE dynamics, with good dynamic rigidity and strong bearing capacity; cutting head N*360°infinite rotation, and ±135°swing, with a maximum speed of 173m/min, acceleration of 1.0G, and instant piercing function, to greatly improved production efficiency. 3D Cutting The equipment adopts fiber laser resonator, can realize the precision cutting requirement of 3-dimensional curve surface thick sheet metal. The energy conversion of fiber laser resonator is high, and the power consumption is 60% lower compared to that of the CO2 laser with the same power. Free of optical maintenance, the resonator also does not need gas consumption. Thus, the running cost of the equipment is low.
