With “maglev theory”, HF 50 Series uses nano-level precision linear drive technology, the new drive system provides more flexibility and higher productivity through high speed and high accuracy. A maglev drive brings the new series machine non-mechanical friction that generates 5G of acceleration and reaches traverse speeds of 300m per minute. The machine integrated three main functional parts of the numerical control system, fiber laser, and laser cutting head. Integrated with all core technologies and the highest part quality, HF 50 is our final deliverable. The 6kW,20kW, and 30kW models are available. - Innovative maglev drive structure breakthrough limit of travel speed With the use of nano-precision linear motor drive technology the three-axis is contactless through full magnetic levitation drive, direct power transmission, and no mechanical transmission components, to achieve higher acceleration and speed, to achieve faster cutting efficiency. - Patented hydraulic lifting workbench with modular bar support The hydraulic lifting workbench allows heavier sheet plate loading and ensures stable and precise pallet exchanges for your daily thick board processing. - Digital concept CNC system HF50 uses an innovative CNC kernel with a large number of available libraries and function packages, and can be expanded by up to 64 axes and 12 channels; it has the shortest CNC cycle time, the smallest PLC processing time, and a 0.25ms interpolation cycle for higher machining efficiency. The open system platform can be adapted to various international industrial communication standards such as Fieldbus, Ethernet, OPC, and SERCOS.
