Description

Based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), FT-3000 Gas Analyzer can simultaneously monitor multiple gas components in exhaust gas, including SO2, NOX (NO, NO2), CH4, HCl, HF, CO, CO2, O2, H2O, etc. Other gas components also can be extended as required, such as NH3, SO3, N2O, etc. It owns advantages of high measurement accuracy, wide dynamic range and low detection limit, suitable for ultra-low emission monitoring. Features Simultaneously measure multiple components, including SO2, NOX (NO, NO2), CH4, HCl, HF, CO, CO2, O2, H2O, etc. Other components can be extended as required, such as NH3, SO3, N2O, etc. Full-course high temperature tracing, prevent pollutant composition loss caused by condensation. Adopt White cavity design; high signal-to-noise ratio, measuring optical path can reach 13m, low detection . limit and large dynamic range; meet requirement of ultra-low emission monitoring. Employ PLS algorithm and select appropriate wavelength range, effectively eliminate H2O interference . Surface of internal cavity is plated with gold; high reflectivity and less maintenance. Application Applied in waste incineration power plant, ultra-low emission monitoring, solid waste treatment plant and ship exhaust emission, etc. Specifications SO2: 0~500mg/m3, NO: 0~300mg/m3. NO2: 0~500mg/m3, NOX: 0~959mg/m3. CO: 0~300mg/m3, H2O: 0~32%. CH4: 0~400mg/m3, HCl: 0~100mg/m3 HF: 0~80mg/m3, CO2: 0~20%vol. O2: 0~25%vol. Zero drift: ≤2%F.S./7d.
