Overhead conveyor ovens can designed according to custom sizes. They feature sandwich-type oven panels which are attached to each other through a silicone. These panels also have a high resistance to heat. A digital thermostat facilitates the heat control. It can be configured with the required temperature and the working intervals. The user can also calibrate the powder paint curing temperature, temperature interval, curing time and working time of the exhaust ventilator. Once the curing time ends, the exhaust aspirator is activated. It disposes of the dirty gas which accumulated in the oven and alerts the user through a horn whistle. A conveyor is also designed into the oven to carry materials.
